The pool area is a lovely area, with ample seating area, and some sea views.
There is a very large terras to the side of the house in the lush green garden with a luxury BBQ area.
You also have access to an additional upstairs terras with spectacular sea views.
The pool is a large 9 x 4. The villa is located in a luxury residential neighbourhood and all villas are set in large plots with plenty of space.
Within walking distance there are bars and restaurants.
If you follow the Camino del Andrago, it's just a short walk (900 meters) to the bars and restaurants at Andrago beach.

In the garden there is a citrus grove where you can pick oranges, mandarines, limes, lemons and papayas when in season.
The pool has underwater lighting, so that you can enjoy a wonderful swim in the evenings.
